ConWare has no interest in keeping personal information for marketing purposes. Any contact information you give us will be used only to contact you back. We will not keep your address without your permission. Any information you give us will be used only for solving the problem or answering your question - we may, however, announce technical specifications of your computer that caused a problem with our software. These specifications cannot be tracked back to you. InterChat3 Bug Report System - this system allows users to directly email problems from inside IC. They are given the option to include two files with the email. The first of these files contains the user settings and is called User.ini. The second file is Log.txt and contains a log of everything that InterChat does for a reasonable time period (once the maximum size is reached for the file InterChat starts removing the oldest entry). These two files allow us to work out what went wrong and where and then fix the problem. It is nearly impossible to discover what went wrong without these files. ConWare gives you full permission to view each of the files before sending them to us. However, ConWare does not give you the right to edit the files in any way. The information sent to us in the files and through the email is used solely for solving your particular problem. They may be kept for future reference. None of the information given to us is passed on to 3rd parties or partners. Only ConWare has access to the information. Please note: Unless you inform us that you want your contacts destroyed, we may keep your emails and submitted forms for future reference.
